Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Custom or made-to-order pieces may require 6–10 weeks before dispatch — estimated timelines are shown on each product page.
Delivery
- Standard delivery: 5–10 business days (mainland delivery only)
- White-glove delivery (in-home placement & packaging removal): 2–3 weeks, available at checkout for an additional fee
- Remote or international addresses may incur extended delivery times and additional charges
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and delivery location. Orders over £2,000 qualify for complimentary standard delivery.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Delays While we aim to meet all estimated timelines, custom furniture and courier delays are occasionally outside our control. We'll notify you promptly of any significant delays.
